Haven't made a house in a while and saw one similar to this on a drive. So here it is!

It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 on the 2nd floor, 1 on the main floor) and can fit 2 cars. It sits on a 20x20 lot however, i recommend putting it on a 20x30 lot because on the 20x20 lot it has no backyard.
