The Teal Guest House?

Guys I bring you a quite large house this time around...The Teal Guest House

So guys, this house was created for a sim intending to have about 3-7 roommates.

This house has 4 bedrooms, with 1 communal bathroom. It also has a 2 garage and is about $37,000 in game. Most of the house is base game (except all the doors which 1 is from pets, 1 is from the sims 3 store i believe, and 1 is CC called 'Puerta Barcelona' but i cant remember the original creator) and unfurnished (except the bathroom) and sits on a 30x20 lot. Also there are 3 balconys/porches, 2 on the second floor, and 1 on the third.
