Starter Home #6!!!

Another Starter Home!

I haven't done one of these starter homes in awhile and I really like making small houses, especially since most of my sims always start out with little to no money. This home sits on a 20x20 lot and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and can fit 1 car. It has a small backyard [in my opinion], so if you want to make it bigger you can place this home on a 30x20 lot inside and just push the house forward using the in game arrows. The in game price is $11,598.
