Starter Home #7

Today I bring you guys Starter Home #7!

It sits on a 20x20 size lot with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. It can fit 2 cars and has a pretty small yard( so if your sim isn't the outdoors type you're in luck). If your sim doesn't like the outdoors but still wants some of the outdoors-y feeling I've included a small sun room. And the in game price is around 14k.
