A New House!(Starter Home #4)

Its Starter Home #4...

This isn't actually a new house, but a remodel about 1 year later. It didn't like the old one anymore so i redid it....anyways this wonderful starter home sits on a 20x20 lot. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. This starter is bigger than most if not all the other starters because it has a second floor, a garage, and a reasonable sized backyard. Lately I can't remember where my house ideas come from, so credit goes to who ever it needs to.

Important Note: Because of how I made the house (with stairs shorter than a full level but longer than just a normal platform, some of the windows may be floating a bit higher than they are supposed to. It can be fixed by just moving them manually back down, no cheats need to fix this.

Now on to CC. (Important)Requires: Cone Topiary Med & Small by Porphyria@MTS3, Ambitions(for paint), PC Weatherboard Siding by Simsational Designs, University(for the door).

As with almost all if not all  my houses this house is completely unfurnished.
